By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Intellectual Property -

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Helen Beech Wildlife Photography and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Termination -

Helen Beech Wildlife Photography reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Helen Beech Wildlife Photography.

At certain points in the Helen Beech Wildlife Photography website navigation, you may be asked to share your email address or other personal identifying information with us. As provided in these Terms and Conditions, such information will never be distributed to a third party and it will never be publicly visible without your express written consent.

Your email address will only be used to send you any information that you have specifically requested you be notified about.

All of the content contained on Helen Beech Wildlife Photography is edited, checked, and verified for accuracy as much as it is possible to do so. TERMS AND CONDITIONS -

In these terms and conditions wherever the word photographer appears it refers to Helen Beech trading as Helen Beech Wildlife Photography. Customer refers to the person/persons work is being undertaken for and this will appear on any communications sent by the photographer i.e. invoices, confirmation emails, and letters. 


PRINTS

Orders from this site are sent directly to a printing lab, which will then send your order straight to your door.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware, and pay for any extra customs/tax charges incurred on purchases outside the UK.


​WORKSHOPS

Payment - Full payment will be taken at time of booking.

Payments accepted - BACS transfer.

Dates - Workshop date must be booked within one year of payment.


Cancellations - 

The customer may cancel at any point in the contract by providing written notice to the photographer. 

Hide workshops - cancellations will be charged in full.  

Non hide workshops - cancellations made 8 weeks or less before the date will be charged in full, cancellations made more than 8 weeks in advance will be subject to a 50% refund.  The customer may request an alternative date if one is available within 4 weeks of the original date of any workshop, without incurring any costs.  An alternative date can only be rearranged once. 

In the event that the photographer needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions then a full refund will be provided, if, a suitable alternative date cannot be arranged within 4 weeks of the original date.

Workshops will still go ahead if raining and hide workshops will continue if adverse weather starts once on site.

Please note that the photographer cannot take responsibility for the customer's personal safety. You are agreeing to taking personal responsibility for your own actions and the responsibility for any third party injury, loss or damage that may have resulted in your actions.  The photographer is not responsible for damage or loss to you, your gear or personal belongings. 


​SUMMARY 

These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between the customer and the photographer. The terms come into effect once a booking has been made with the photographer. By booking the photographer it indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
